1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Custom 3D models and personalized services are non-refundable unless there is a proven issue with the delivered work.

2. Return Request Period
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Return
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and materials. Digital products must not have been downloaded or used.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized 3D models

  • Digital downloads after delivery

  • Services that have been partially or fully completed

5. Exchange Process
If your item is eligible for exchange, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and will begin processing the replacement once the return is received.

6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, product defect). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee.

7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photos and a description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
