Upon final payment, the client will receive full rights to the agreed deliverables. Licensing terms for commercial use will be clearly stated in the contract.

7. Payment Terms
Payments are typically structured in milestones or upfront/down payment arrangements. Full payment is required before final delivery of completed work.

8. Delays and Force Majeure
